The Chamber of the Santa Barbara Region has a new home: 211 E. Victoria St., Suite E.
Last week, the chamber pulled up stakes at its former office at 104 Anapamu St. in the De la Torre Building where it has been for the past several years. Prior to that, the chamber was housed on Anacapa Street.
The new office is much smaller than previous chamber headquarters, which both featured large conference rooms.
The new office has a much smaller conference room that holds about eight to 10 people.
The chamber office is upstairs from the Better Business Bureau.
The chamber also operates a Visitor Center, at 1 Garden St.
The Santa Barbara chamber the oldest and largest business organization in the Tri-County Region. It is a nonprofit corporation founded in 1878 and incorporated in 1899.
